Wanderlust Wishlist

okay so I have been up since about 4 and since I couldn't sleep I decided to work on homework. This was a horrible idea. Ordinarily it would be a good idea, seeing as I am so far behind, but, I am working on a presentation about the Siege of Leningrad Memorial in St Petersburg, and I have developed a serious case of wanderlust. I MUST go somewhere...anywhere... soon. I have just spent the time I should have been working on my project looking for a trip to somewhere. Preferably somewhere interesting and/or exotic. I should have been sleeping or homeworking or something... Instead I find myself wishing I had a hundred thousand dollars and siz months of free time in 2010. There is an AMAZING cruise that goise from Miami to London via Rio de Janero, S. Africa, Kenya, India, Dubai, Israel, Egypt, Greece, Italy and like a bazillion other places... Oh the places I want to go...

So, I have developed two new lists of places I wish to see.

International:
Budapest, Hungary
Istanbul, Turkey
Dubai, UAE (mostly to visit friends, but I've heard it is gorgeous!)
Rome and Venice
Athens
Auschwitz (the concentration camp)
Prague
"Dracula's" Castle in Romania
London
Paris
Warsaw
India
Australia
S. Africa (for the sharks)
Vietnam
Peru

Domestic
Monterey Bay Aquarium (I want to go soon, but I'd almost rather wait for them to have a white shark in residence. They just had one in August but she wasn't eating so they decided to release her)
Vietnam Memorial in DC
Smithsonian
Boston
Niagara Falls
Grand Canyon
Seattle
A whole bunch of places off of the food network... YUM!
New York (to see Dr. Atomic at the Metropolitan Opera)

And so forth... I want to go to sooooo many places...

Go to D.C. first. Every museum is free and you can see many things within walking distance of one another.Even if you stayed a day or two you can see a lot of great art, monuments and other noted scenery.Good Luck.
