This Weekend

I am going to ask all of you for a favor. I would like you to pray for our youth this weekend. I would love it if you prayed for them daily, but I especially want to ask for prayers for this weekend.

And I'd like you to pray for them by name. As of right now, the following people are going: Susanna, Jessica, Katie, Lizzy, Selena, Kasey, Myself, Travis, Chris, Kenny, and Nate.

Convention is always a lot of fun, but if we just go to have fun, then we are missing so much.

For the girls, I would love for you to pray that they hear from God this weekend, that they are shown their worth as princesses, as daughters of the King of Kings, that their lives are changed forever, that they would have a new understanding of their creator.

For the boys, please pray for them to have the ears of Samuel, for them to embrace their lives as princes of the kingdom, that they get a sense of the great love God has for them as individuals, and for them to never be the same again.

For the adults going (Nate, myself, Kasey, Chris, and Lizzy) Pray that we remember that we are examples, that God would reveal himself to us in new ways, help us be there for the younger people going, and to give us wisdom.

Please pray for traveling mercies for all of the people going to convention.


I pray that you would see the fruits of your prayers in changed people returning from convention.
