goals

Work: Long Day. I carried three routes of parcels, plus some left over after someone went home early. I kicked parcel butt, but am super tired now.

Food:
Donut, Sausage McMuffin, Double Cheeseburger, 3 tacos (I ate fast food for all three meals today :/) *sighs* I need time to do meal prep, but I am just too tired after work, and leave way too early every day to do it before work.

Blood Sugar was a little higher (not remarkably high, just higher than it has been) in the morning, but I had another sub 100 reading this evening, and know I didn't go over on my carbs at any meal.

I am going to try to not stress myself out on the food front until after Christmas. Work is crazy enough that I don't need any extra stress.  I'll still be watching my carbs, because I don't want to do something crazy that will put me in a coma or kill me faster, but if I eat crap, I am not going to stress myself out about it. I have lost almost 10 lbs since my last appointment and only have six left to lose before my short term goal, and I have been losing even though I have eaten Taco Bell almost daily lately.

After that I have to make another goal.

I think (and hope) that I am going to be able to get the skin thing cleared up without a trip to the clinic. I already owe a small fortune in doctor's bills and don't want to add to it.

Am definitely heading to bed soon, since I need to be at work around 6:30-7 tomorrow. That is way too early, just for the record.
