shredder fun for everyone!

Food:
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito and the last remnants of "pie" (40 carbs a bit high, but I don't know if the pie would last another day, so I finished it)
Snack: Clementine and a mini candy cane (9/4)
Lunch: Chicken and broccoli (unknown but not much) 3 sugar free life savers I found in my bag. (12?)
Dinner: Pizza Muffins (30)
Dessert: 2 Lindt Truffles (10) (I love that these are 5 carbs each! I can enjoy some chocolate without completely blowing it)

Morning started out rough, couldn't really get moving this morning, but managed to make it out of bed and got to work. Did parcels and then carried a fair bit of the route I have been carrying. (I split it with someone because the mail volume is insane right now, but I carried most of it) I ended up staying at work for a couple of hours after I was done. I partly wanted to avoid ferry traffic, partly didn't want to come home because my house is cold, and partly enjoyed a ridiculous amount of talking bull with some coworkers (my homie was like "we're homies, we help each other out" and it made me laugh that he called us homies, because he doesn't seem the type to say homie) and to be honest, I got to play with the shredder, and I have a great love for shredders for some unknown reason.

I have appointments to go to tomorrow and because of the timing am not going to be able to work, this kinda sucks because I like money, but waking up at 7 instead of 5 am will be a nice treat. And I will be back at it again on Wednesday.

I have some goals to accomplish since I am escaping the post office tomorrow. One of them is grocery shopping and the other is laundry, but at the same time I have to see how everything works out with the appointments I have. But I really need to do laundry, so it is the priority, I can make some random meals with what I have left in the fridge, but clean socks can not be constructed out of the contents of my fridge ;)

My blood sugar today has been okay. It was a little higher this morning, but since I basically ate carbs for dinner last night, that is to be expected. My afternoon reading was about what I would expect based on my consumption and activity levels today. I am pretty happy with the numbers considering that my meds are back at step one. I am hoping as I step up the meds I will see even lower numbers. We never got beyond step 2 with the last med because of how lousy it made me feel, the goal is to get up to 4 pills a day by adding one more each week until I get to that level. But I am actually hoping that we can decide I don't need to take all 4 after my next blood test comes in.

After yesterday, I am looking forward to therapy tomorrow, I am hoping that a good session will help me work out my funk. But for now, I am enjoying some Criminal Minds and will head to bed shortly.

I am too tired to have any deep thoughts at the moment, or at least not to articulate any of them.
