Amazon day has turned into Amazon and Priority Parcel day. It was a long day. Tomorrow looks to be even longer. Thankfully, I can look forward to a shorter Tuesday because I have counseling on Tuesdays.
Food:
Breakfast: Protein Bar, Clementine, 2 licorice whips and some juice ~ 35-40 carbs
Lunch: Chicken strips, tic tacs ~40 carbs
Snack: more tic tacs :/ 5-10 carbs
Dinner: Nachos mmmmm ~35 carbs (I made these myself and they were delicious.)
Blood sugar readings are not terrible, but not great either, I feel a medication adjustment possibly happening soon. :/
I need to get food sorted on Tuesday, I also have things I need to do that do not involve a crazy long day at work. So hopefully, I will have enough time after work and therapy to get them all done.
